Beautiful space! Industrial chic building, festive decor and a peaceful view of the Seine River make this a good spot for just about any occasion. Affordable fixed-price lunch menu under 20 Euros, large group menu and an a la carte are available. Attentive staff eager to please. Reservations can be made via their website. I had two substantial starters, a fresh and flavorful salad of shrimp, ripe avocado and pink grapefruit with a salsa rosa and raviolis with parmesan creme. The micro-tiny raviolis were made with spinach pasta and served piping hot au gratin, I'm still dreaming of them! For dessert, Île Flottante, which my colleague said was a "touch sweet," for his taste ... I nodded my head as my mouth was full ... mmmm, a giant soft merengue floating in a sea of Creme Anglais and caramel sauce, topped with crunchy caramelized almond slices ... not too sweet for me! I kept the business card, this is a solid go-to place in Saint-Cloud.

Quai Ouest is, first of all, a scenic place: an industrial-type open space, and an unforgetable view of the Seine. The cooking - pure French style - is fine, and the bill matches with the place and the menu.
